ABOUT ADDS AND OUR TEAM

About ADDS

Established in 1978, Audrain Developmental Disability Services has served adults with developmental disabilities in and around Audrain County for 45 years. 


As a nonprofit agency, ADDS utilizes funds authorized through the State Senate Bill 40 (SB40). SB40 allows Audrain County to levy county taxes to be used for funds to serve individuals with developmental disabilities. Service eligibility is determined in consultation with the Missouri Department of Mental Health.

Tim Crews | Executive Director

Tim holds a masters of psychology from the University of Missouri. He began his career in the field of developmental disabilities in 1992 as a Case Manager for the Hannibal Regional Office. A life-long resident of Mexico, Tim came to ADDS in 1994 as the Home Coordinator for Breckenridge Heights and later the C.T. Lloyd Apartments. The ADDS Board of Directors selected Tim as the ADDS Executive Director in 2000, making him only the second Executive Director in the agency's 45-year history in our community.

ADDS Board of Directors

ADDS is governed by a local Board of Directors. The ADDS Board of Directors meets monthly – generally on the third Thursday of each month at noon at the Administration Office, 222 E. Jackson, Mexico, Missouri. This is a volunteer Board with members appointed by the Audrain County Commission.
